In the QDMS program, there are many modules such as CAPA, PDCA, Document Activities, Action Management, Process Management, Management Review, Training Planning, Survey Operations, Customer Complaints, Information Security, Audit Activities, Risk Assessment and Performance Management.

With this programme, it is aimed to gather all processes and structures within the quality management system in IGU under one programme infrastructure and increase efficiency by making them available to all stakeholders.
 
QDMS will be available after it’s harmonized with the IGU quality management system.
